The vines used to produce
this dry white wine are situated in the heart of the Château
d’Arche vineyards. We decided
to produce the dry whites since the light clay-limestone,
light earth allows us to craft wines that are fresh and
fruity. The north-south plantation axis of the vines assures
the grapes a maximum exposure to the sun throughout the
day.
2004
The 2004 vintage gave
wines of a great complexity,
fresh and very long aromatic persistence. One notices a
hint of vanilla that enhances the aromas of ripe fruit.
This wine can be layed down for quite a few more years
2005
Delicately woody on the nose giving way
to black-currantflower aromas. With
a full and velvety mouth, this wine demonstrates perfect
balance between the wood and the grape
